Project Info
Client Lycoming College
Project Description
This project was an adaptive reuse of a historic structure on the Lycoming College campus. The building, which had been abandoned by the time it was purchased by the College, has spent its life fulfilling various functions including time as a dance hall, a church, and an auto parts store. After renovation, the building’s 8,000 square feet encompasses a double height recital hall, a chapel, a student meeting center, and offices. Reese Hackman provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and lighting design services for the $1.4 million project.
