Located on Blakeford’s Green Hills campus, the 175,000-square-foot project added more than 50 new independent living apartment homes and numerous state-of-the-art amenities, including:

• New fitness & wellness center complete with an indoor pool, salon and spa, gym and group exercise class space

• Multiple new dining venues including a bistro/grill, coffee shop, grab-n-go market and destination restaurant

• Rooftop bar and event space

• Outdoor terrace featuring lakeside views and alfresco dining

• Art studio, woodworking shop and game room

The project also included construction of a new memory care neighborhood. This addition allows Blakeford to provide the full continuum of care on its Green Hills campus, which already includes independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing services.
