2 / Touch the Following Options:

/ MEET NOW – To start a new Teams meeting and invite others

/ CALL – to place a 10-digit PSTN telephone call

/ JOIN – to join your previously scheduled meeting

OR… If you have not invited the conference room to your Meeting, and want to use the room:

/ Start your meeting on your PC.

/ Before joining the meeting select “Room Audio” and then select the appropriate room from the drop down list.

OR… To use the room for a Zoom Meeting OR to display your screen:

/ Swipe from the right on the touch screen and select “DEVICE MODE”.

/ Open the cabinet below for an HDMI and USB cable.

/ Follow the instructions on the screen.

/ When done, touch “Exit” on the touch screen.
