Lakes teeming with wildlife surround this southwest Florida retirement facility and the area includes 473,000 square feet of apartments (441 apartment units), 69,000 square feet of cottages, 45,000 square feet of assisted living units, 40,000 square feet of nursing facilities, and 80,000 square feet of commons space. Reese Engineering provided the electrical engineering and lighting design for this facility, combining the community’s architectural penchant for natural light with strategic electrical lighting to create a bright, airy atmosphere.
