The Lodges at Green Ridge Village blend quality craftsmanship and energy efficiency to offer residents a modern, yet environmentally-friendly living experience. These independent living cottages are tucked into the rolling contours of the land and feature abundant windows to provide views of the undisturbed woodland habitats. Phase I construction of the first six lodges totaled $1.4 million. Each beautiful home, ranging in size from 1,900 to 2,800 square feet, features wireless technology and radiant-heated floors. Careful exterior lighting strategies provide appropriate levels for senior residents, while limiting emissions so as to have minimal impact on the surrounding natural environment.
