Reese Hackman has established a 401K Retirement Savings Plan. This is a deferred compensation plan that allows employees to contribute up to a maximum dollar amount (based on the IRS Cost of Living Index) of their salary using before-tax dollars. The plan also allows for an annual Matching Contribution from Reese Hackman.
Reese Hackman offers comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance for full-time employees. Coverage begins the very first day the employee starts working. We have also established a Comp-Flex Premium Conversion Program (Section 125 Plan), which allows an employee to pay for medical insurance premiums, out-of-pocket medical expenses, and dependent care costs through payroll deductions using before-tax dollars.
Full-time employees enjoy the benefit of flexible business hours, in addition to having half-days every Friday. Reese Hackman’s business hours are 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday and 7:30am-11:30am on Fridays.
All employees receive paid time off. This compensated time is a combination of sick time off and vacation time off. The accrual rate varies based on full-time versus part-time employment status, as well as length of service.
