Yoga studios, fitness centers, fireside sitting rooms, a beauty salon, a cafe with a wood-fired oven, and a clubroom with full bar services. On paper, the newest addition to Falcons Landing reads more like a resort than part of a retirement community. A $5.7 million project, the wellness and dining additions and renovations have created a central social space for residents of Falcons Landing. Large windows provide views of the new courtyard garden, and open interior spaces flow together in a building that provides endless opportunities for social interaction and entertainment. In addition to the recreational, dining, and wellness activities offered by this 17,470 square foot space, residents can also conveniently visit the new full-service health clinic. The reinvention of the wellness and dining center have rendered it a bustling hub of activity: the central gathering space for residents of Falcons Landing. Reese Hackman provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting design services for this project.
