Part of the Bridgegate independent living neighborhood, Mosaic offers a unique eatery option for the residents of Friendship Village. This 6,500 square foot, full-service restaurant features a 360-degree show kitchen, including a wood-burning pizza oven, that is in the middle of the dining room. Offering regional American and world cuisines, Mosaic boasts a chef’s table, as well as a teaching kitchen with cooking classes. The cutting edge design and layout allows for the flexibility to offer sit-down meals to buffets to private events, providing a versatile and dynamic dining experience. Mosaic was just the first of three dining renovation phases. Later phases are to include a pub and casual café, with final project completion scheduled for early 2020. Reese Hackman provided plumbing, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical engineering services, as well as audio visual design, for this $2 million revamp.
