Providence Point is a continuing care retirement community located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with scenic views of an adjacent nature preserve. The community is sponsored by the Baptist Homes of Western Pennsylvania and has the capacity to serve over 500 residents. This $140 million new construction project encompassed 35 patio homes, 222 independent living apartments, 60 assisted living apartments, as well as 63 private skilled care and 20 private memory support residences. A commons featuring multiple dining options, a movie theater, billiards and game rooms, a bank, a library, and a multi-purpose community room overlooks a beautifully landscaped courtyard. Providence Point also boasts a wellness center with a beauty spa, indoor swimming pool and spa, and exercise area. Reese Hackman provided the complete electrical, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing design services for this 845,000 square foot CCRC.
